Terms & Conditions - the basics
You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
There are NO PETS allowed unless you make arrangements first.
CHECK IN TIME: 2pm
CHECK OUT TIME: 12 noon
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A FULL REFUND if you cancel your stay 14 + days prior to your reservation.
In the event you cancel your stay between 7 - 14 days prior to your reservation you will only receive a 50% REFUND.
If you cancel your stay less than 7 days prior to your reservation ZERO REFUND will be granted.
